This company replaced our existing gas fireplace that failed and for which parts were unavailable. We visited their store and were shown options for replacement. Sales staff did a good job of relating comparative costs and benefits. We selected a particular model and the available options and agreed to the price. One big negative (which we would have faced with any replacement) was that the dimensions and code requirements necessitated a complete rebuild of the surrounding structure. Further there was a delay in the manufacturer's schedule which added months. Once the unit was available, Sutter installed the unit and showed us how to use all the controls. The final installation works great!
