Some of the class instructors are superior, some are adequate, some are kinda boring. Lots of on-floor equipment but, when I hired a pt for a bit, not introduced to any of the static machinery so I am kinda lost. I don't cycle so can't speak to their very popular cycling classes. The small group classes where you might use their kettlebells, do something more like Orange Theory or CrossFit, are fee extra. (Have not tried them)

Work-out equipment is top-notch: high quality, great variety. Instructors are superb, both for classes or personal training. Moreover, the space is fabulous: open, high ceilings, great view of Lake Washington while you're working out. Huge parking lot. And there's a snack bar including draft beer right outside the entry to Magnuson Club for an early happy hour.

I love this gym. The facility, inside a former hangar on the edge of the lake, has kept a slightly gritty industrial/historical feel I really enjoy, while being unusually spacious, airy and light. People are friendly, and the vibe on the weight training floor is courteous and focused. There's a wide variety of equipment and "toys" and plenty of space to use them, and a wide variety of people working out. There's also a good assortment of group classes, including several that I rely on to get me there several times a week.
