My garage door stopped working and crashed. The spring broke. I called GDS because it was close to my home and requested service. He called 24/7 Garage Door Services, a sub contractor for them. The person doing the repair called me and scheduled a time that afternoon. He arrived on time, gave me an estimate, and quickly repaired a broken spring with a new part. I was very pleased to have the door repaired, because it was Saturday afternoon and I had errands to run.
