Very humanitarian place. Trustworthy. Great service. I wish their hearing aid batteries were still free! I was reluctant to be tested for hearing because I didn't want to have to wear a hearing aid. They made it easier!

Very confident in their service. Some bumps due to the pandemic - but weathered it OK. I miss the free hearing aid batteries. Great customer service. Helpful to mention alternatives.

Every audiologist I encountered over the past five years has been capable, attentive, and responsive to my needs. They use excellent technology to customize the hearing devices. All staff assistants have been helpful and efficient. This non-profit organization has the admirable mission of providing excellent care on a sliding scale basis for a diverse range of patients.
