Aegis builds beautiful spaces that are extremely impressive for family members but suffers from high turnover, poor staff morale and often inadequate care for its residents, in this writers experience. In addition, its upfront fee, and fees in general, are unreasonably high, and are not justified by any resident benefit that I could see. Their issues have been well documented in alternative local media, which are worth a look. Too many other choices to pick from to choose this provider.
