Jay is simply fabulous. He adjusts sessions to your needs. We’re older (in our 60’s) and have had trainers who injured us by asking us to do too much. Jay finds that Goldilocks balance where we feel pushed but not pushed too far. I have Parkinson disease and he devises workouts that are challenging and exhausting but doable. He’s great either in person or virtually. Most importantly, he’s fun and a super nice guy. You won’t find anyone better.
