I've been to several different therapists at Kaiser Northgate for several conditions ranging from simple sports injuries to a knee replacement. The therapists are always friendly and considerate, but they spend FAR less time in hands-on activities than what I was accustomed to before my insurance coverage switched to Kaiser. If you are looking for a 20-minute meeting followed by printouts of exercises to do on your own, then this is your place. If you want more hands-on exercise instruction with therapist-aided stretching and massage, then you're not going to get much of that at Kaiser.
