Couldn't get into the PT office at the Polyclinic after my Rotator Cuff/Bicep surgery without waiting several weeks after I needed to start, so chose this place primarily because they had openings in the next week to get started. I was cautious but quickly discovered how good they were. They taught me and took me through all the exercises each week, as well as giving me printed out instructions and a link to online examples and video. Each week or two there were additional things added or changed, and while this was a long process to recover, there was steady noticeable progress. They were always asking me how it was going, what was working, if I was having any issue, and adjusting things as needed, as well as actually measuring my range of motion to insure that it was working and on track. They also clearly communicated when someone would be off work (sick, vacation, whatever), so I knew that I would be with someone else, and while the other person usually did things a bit different, I felt that actually helped me progress. They also told me before I had completed all of the scheduled and allowed appointments that I would probably be just fine to continue on my own at home to save me the time and $$ of the appointments, but that they were still available for consultation and/or resuming appointments if needed or desired.
