Our condominium association property manager was good but KMM performance as an organization was terrible with management and billing errors that they could never seem to correct. Some of them cost us significant amounts of money. they also directed work to wholly owned subsidiaries but never informed us of the conflict. I can't recommend a great property management company but I can strongly recommend against KMM.

While I gave this company 3 out of 4 adequate, we are considering moving to another property management company. They are very S L O W in response.
