First person assigned to us was unable to provide useful guidance when I had trouble filling out a form. The form was not showing me the box to type in and yet the advice I got was "type in the box" Uh? The more serious issue arose when the earnest money was supposedly send to us. CW Title sent us $100,000 via USPS with a 55cent stamp, no tracking. They didn't offer courier or ask if we want to pick up the check, and yet as sellers we are charged an $82 fee for "wire transfer/courier" services (neither of which we received). I questioned all this and was told it's all standard operating procedures for them. We will definitely not be using this Escrow company again.
