This contractor preys on senior citizens and his word means nothing. I have a postage sized lawn and contracted with Eric Larson to replace it as it was very uneven and sparse. He may have some good reviews (and that's what suckered me in) but if something goes wrong like in my case, he leaves you hanging and will not fix the problem. He put in bad sod and it turned to mud with very uneven grass growth and uneven base so dangerous to walk on for seniors. He kept saying he'll make it right but never did so I am stuck with a worst lawn than I originally had. He even suggested I build a path thru the lawn so I don't trip! He admitted it was not up to his standards but that's the extent of it. Stay away from this contractor even if its a simple job like mine because if something goes wrong, you will not get it fixed.
