Our consultant Marissa was very helpful in guiding us through the options available, and narrowing them down to just what we needed. She expertly matched existing shades, and made recommendations that well-suited each unique location. We are very happy with the end results, although the installer was a bit unfamiliar with the setup of the power-operated shade we bought. He was unaware that it required the customer to program it using their own smartphone. Fortunately, we got it all sorted out, but it would be nice if the manufacturers provided an option for people without smart phones, since we didn't know it was a requirement until the day of installation (to be fair, it hadn't been required in the previous model).

After having a really good experience ordering roll-down blinds for my deck, I ordered new cellular blinds (with remote control) for my deck windows/sliders (six panels). I am very happy with the installation, appearance, and performance of the new blinds.
