The company was hired by our insurance to cover our leaking roof. After they installed the tarps, water was still coming through in several spots, this was on the weekend, when I called and finally got a hold someone they told me that they would send a tech and call back. No response. On Monday when I called and complained, I was assured that the tech would there in the afternoon, again ,no call and show. Finally, on Tuesday , tech came out with a bigger tarp to cover more area, including almost all of our vents. I refused and send him away. I was shocked to find out how much they charged for few hrs of labor and several hundred dollars of materials....$2300. Very poor communication and inflated pricing.
