I planned to add air conditioning to our heating system before Summer heat came. Every thing went very well - good assessment of needs, several workers came as scheduled (in May) and got the job done in one day. All were courteous and anxious to do good job. Tested the system and left. Unfortunately, the very hot weather did not come until July. Then We found a lot water on the floor beneath the Heater/AC system. As a water heater was adjacent to the heater we assumed it was leaking. Called a plumber who quickly identified the problem. The AC installer failed to connect the condensate drip line to the drainage system. The plumber connected it and we have had no problem since. The AC works great. Well mistakes happen. So I emailed All-ways and related the problem. I didn't ask them to pay for the plumber's visit, or the trouble with drying out our indoor/outdoor carpet or the little damage to a piece of furniture from the water. I got no answer, no apology, nothing.
