Got several bids on a AC unit and they were the lowest price. Salesperson was very informative and working out the numbers it was cheaper with tax credits to upgrade to a heat pump. My biggest beef with them is when you need service for an issue you can't pin down a time frame till day of service sometimes and then it can be 5pm or 6pm when you requested morning. One time I had to reschedule multiple times. They really need to revamp their scheduling so you pick a time frame and then they give you a day available.
