From a buyer perspective, this group is somewhat disorganized. I think they do a good job of looking out for their client--the owner whose possessions they are selling. But they always open estate sales late and hand out numbers but then ignore those numbers except for maybe the first 10 or so. This makes it hard to plan the morning, especially after making an effort to go early and get a number, and then leads to friction between people waiting to see the things for sale.
