Store staff and service was excellent. The store was at the mercy of the contractor providing the material to the store. The scheduler changed delivery times so many times for the contractor's convenience that what should have taken 6 weeks became 5 months--with a master bath and the main floor bathroom'S sinks and showers out of commission for that period of time. She kept changing the appointments and didn't seem to know her job, saying that it would take 2 men to do the installation of the tub and shower surrounds 3 days and it took them but less than 1/2 day for each. I would not recommend working with Precision countertops unless they will guarantee their services in writing. The work by the contractors was excellent.
