Sometime in 2025 the wonderful locally owned Lincoln Gutters was sold to a national firm that specializes in buying local firms and keeping the local name so that it still appears that it is locally owned. When you call the local number, it goes to a national call center, although they still answer the phone "Lincoln Gutters." While they still list a Tacoma address (not the same one as before), the crews are dispatched out of Tukwila. When trying to arrange gutter cleaning, the call center folks also try to upsell you on window cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Buyer beware!

On the first visit, which was scheduled late in the day on a Friday, the crew that was sent was unfriendly and in a hurry to get started on their weekend. The job was not well done and gutters overflowed the next day in a hard rain. I contacted the company and they were very nice about sending another crew out as soon as it was convenient for me (at not extra charge). I was pleased with their courtesy and customer service. The replacement crew was friendly and did the job quickly with no problems. I would recommend this service because of this response.
