Trying to make appointment. I've been on hold now for 2 hours and I'm still only #16 in the queue. I was #31 when I started. I don't have a cell phone so I can't download their mobile ap to make an appointment. If I had another choice I'd take it, but my Dr. made the referral. This wait time is outrageously disrespectful of patient's time!! I will definitely complain to my my Dr. although it will probably do no good. If you can, avoid this company!!
