Called King Palmer a service for small engine repair. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called, they had great ratings and they were open, so I drove over with my edger. They told me once I arrived, they said we don't work on craftsman edgers. I told them I called, and they wouldn't answer their phone, they could have saved me an 8-mile trip. Their response was their busy in the shop and couldn't answer the phone. A short story for them is business is so good they don't need to answer the phone during business hours.
