The installers did a great job of installing my Mitsubishi mini-split air conditioning system. They minimized disruption. The exterior ducts and wiring were as tidy as could be. They didn't handle the carpentry but did handle the electrical work. The salesperson, however, signed a contract for a warranty that didn't even exist and that Greenwood never delivered. Greenwood reneged on its contractual obligation to provide the first year of routine annual maintenance. On Google Maps, many other customers had complained about poor service. Greenwood apparently erased its record of poor reviews on Google Maps by slightly changing its legal name, so that it appeared as if it were a new company. It continues to refuse to honor its 12-year warranty.

Greenwood installed one mini_split heat pump system and moved a second one that had been installed by incorrectly by another firm. By examining the existing set-up at the house we had just purchased, and recommending moving & reinstalling the second unit rather than replacing it, they saved us considerable time and money.
