I needed a windshield "star" repaired. They did so, and I got in my car to leave. The sun was shining brightly, and his the repair area, lighting it up brightly. This was unacceptable. I went in and told them so. They filled out the paperwork, telling my insurance company that I needed a new windshield. This was done quickly and smoothly. I do no down-rate them for the failure of the repair; that was always a possibility, and they informed me ahead of time, if I'm not happy there will do a complete replacement.
