I know there is more that needs to be done on my vehicle because I haven't ever serviced the tires or brakes in seven years, but they said everything is fine.

The owner has retired from active participation; so. I don't yet have the same confidence in them. My car calls for 5W/20 oil changes but even though I ask for it, the service record shows that for my last two services they used 5W/30, which I understand is cheaper.
