Recommended
Dave catered a wedding open house. Generally the service was good. The main course was good and the staff was pleasant and helpful. However, he made no provision for trash receptacles and I had to leave the wedding line to round up some trash cans. Also, we had approximately 60 people less then we contracted for show up. Dave had a large amount of left over tri tip and chicken which he took with him rater than leave with us.
