Not Recommended
Stopped going after ~3 years because I don't think she was listening to me. I didn't appreciate it that they asked for my evaluation (which I rated highly), then at the next yoga class, after about 6 months of class. cancelled the yoga class with no advance warning and no replacement. (The class didn't attract enough people.) The yoga class was the best thing going. I think they are set up for seeing younger, more physically able people, even though they claim they adjust everything. After a while I felt like she was not trying to individualize my exercises, and was just doing the same exercises.
