They will try to upsell by claiming there's something wrong with your gutters or they need to be replaced. I have not had this problem with other companies. Also, once you've used them they will never stop contacting you, even if you make it clear that you don't want to do business with them.

If you are in Maryland, and are willing to sign an agreement for twice a year gutter cleaning at predetermined times, only to have this company ignore you, fail to honor the agreement, and leave your gutters uncleaned for months beyond the agreed upon cleaning date, then, yeah, sign up with this exploitive company. But if you expect service as agreed up, in a timely manner and by a company that cares about your property, then never ever do business with this company. They're terrible. Oh, and did I mention that they also harass you to buy extra services? They do.
