They came out right away to give me a quote on a hot water heater replacement and the addition of a "zone valve" to switch between heating and AC via my thermostat. Price was cheaper than the others I got. Staff (particularly Rhonda) were responsive and helpful. They showed up on time, did a great job, spent time testing everything and orienting me to the new system. Price was lower than what others had quoted me.

Grossly overcharged me and recommended unnecessary replacement of refrigerant. Brought two workmen, who spoke no English, and charged me for much longer than they were here.
