Called their "emergency" line at 5:00am after AC system leakage caused a bedroom ceiling to collapse. Said they would have someone there by 7:30. Nobody turned up. When we called again, they had never heard of us and had no record of our call to their emergency line. Appalling.

They did excellent work for us. The job was a complete replacement of the attic air handler and roof-top air conditioner (compressor). They worked closely with the electrician and roofer to make sure everything was coordinated.

Have used twice this year: to replace a furnace condensate pump, and later to service a Trane outdoor uni that wasn't cooling (the problem, located immediately, was a rusty, shorting-out capacitor that got wet due to an earlier service person's error.) Friendly, affordable service, including willingness to go beyond the immediate problem to advise on the health and care of the whole system.
