I looked on google for names and phoned several. Mr. Perfection had just had a cancellation and was available to come.
The inspection was for a condo minimum with 2 bedrooms. He missed crucial things that a better inspector would not or should not have omitted.
These are just some of the issues: popcorn ceiling (should've been tested for asbestos) in the closet with water stains from unit above, poor plumbing job under the sink in the kitchen which now needs fixing, 2 ceiling fans in the home (in LR and master BR) could not be shut off without the lights on the unit also being shut off, sliding glass door in LR very difficult to next to impossible to open, drains in bathroom very clogged, huge crack in patio cement (condo located on upper floor of tall building) which was repaired but still obvious, oven was extremely dirty inside (yet no mention on any of these things. It's costing us quite a bit now to get all these things fixed.
