We own two properties, one we live in. We had new HVAC systems installed in both homes. Jesse was our contact at Gary Frank and he was very thorough in his assessment of what we needed and gave us three bids with different levels of pricing. We also got bids from two other companies; Gary Frank was within the range of the others, although a tad higher than one other bid. We chose Gary Frank because they have a good reputation and we had used them for service previously on a radiant floor heat system (something a lot of other companies don't work on). Jesse spent a lot of time answering my questions, reviewing options, and explaining technology even before we committed to using their company. I felt very knowledgeable after my discussions with him, in addition to doing my own research. We appreciated the level of service and attention and would highly recommend Gary Frank. Also, Jesse was on site for the installation, overseeing what he had recommended for our home and I liked that because he had complete knowledge of what we discussed in the bidding process. The crew worked diligently and were very professional throughout their time at our home. Our new system is great too!

GPF holds our service contract for our condo's HVAC equipment, which they installed as it is somewhat different from what I think is a typical system. Ours is water powered. We've had no issues so far.

Gary P. Frank replaced our gas furnace and water heater with a high-efficiency electric heat pump, and an electric heat pump water heater. I chose Gary P. Frank because they offered a complete turn-key installation, including all plumbing and electrical work. Other HVAC companies I contacted did not install water heaters, or would not run the wiring from my electrical panel across my basement to the site where the air handler and heat pump were to be installed. Gary P. Frank’s pricing was competitive to other companies with comparable equipment, and they included a two year warranty on labor and a two year service contract. Guy Philemon sold me the system, and headed the installation team. He was both knowledgeable about the equipment, and an expert craftsman. His crew worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up well each evening. They ensured that we would be without hot water and/or heat for the shortest possible period. Finally, the office staff has been very helpful in filing and pursuing my rebate application with DCSEU.
