I think I was charged more than double what I should have been charged to repair my garage door. They wanted $900 for the new spring alone!? And they charged me an additional $475 for a special machine to open the stuck door, a machine which they never brought, but insisted I pay for. I paid over $2000 in the end for the job. And when they were finished, the garage door didn't lock properly, which they were reluctant to admit, but did ultimately fix. Ultimately, I think the work was done ok, though time will tell.
