I had a luxury vinyl plank floor installed in my kitchen. The job took longer than it should have because two of the eight boxes of planks were damaged when the installer opened them and had to be reordered. The customer service rep was very accommodating and had replacements rushed from the manufacturer, and ordered more than needed in case of further damage. Another two boxes were damaged, but enough had been ordered to finish the job. The floor looks very good and I am satisfied with the result, but would warn potential customers for this type of product to order more than needed because of the likelihood of damage.
