Waterproofing poorly accomplished, had to re-do once and still needs to be redone. Hiring a different firm to complete this work, All Pro will not return my calls. Sales person closes sale, then will not return calls, completely ghosted. Also not willing to discuss back-drafting carbon monoxide in basement which is health hazard. Extremely poor customer service, do not recommend.

Asked for a bid on chimney work. Indicated that flue installation was not done properly. They were the company that installed the flue. Gave an estimate for exterior chimney work that was twice all other bidders.
