I left a message for them late evening. They called early morning the next day and within an hour they fixed my garage door.

I called BBB due to a malfunction with my Liftmaster door opener. The BBB rep set up an appointment but also suggested that the tech give me a call first to see if a service call was necessary. The service tech called me and suggested that I first call Liftmaster on Monday since it was not an emergency. Liftmaster was able to troubleshoot the issue and a service call was not necessary. This speaks volumes about the honesty of BBB. They will be my first call for any garage door service or replacement.

Sean was great. He came out and evaluated my broken garage door opener, identifying the problem as a broken belt. He provided me with the manufacturer's phone number, my opener's part number, and size of door- all info I needed to get a free replacement belt from the manufacturer. He didn't charge me for that visit. Once the belt arrived, he came back out and swapped the belt. It was quick and thorough. I'd definitely work with them again!
