I chose this company to switch my home heating from a gas boiler to heat pump HVAC system and add central air conditioning for the first time. I have an old house and there are so many factors to consider. Ultimately, I had to choose one company and I can't go back and try it again with a different company, different systems to see if I would have had a better experience. Darren seemed knowledgeable and the work was accomplished in the time promised. In the coldest parts of winter, there is a larger heat differential between the upstairs and downstairs than is ideal. The system in the attic loses enough heat to that space to make it warmer than necessary. Would this have been avoidable with a better design? I don't know. It works well for AC in the summer - except something was wrong with the installation of the condensate drainage tube. In the worst summer humidity, it started leaking, not into the pan under the system where there is a safety sensor and shut-off, but into the ceiling. One bedroom got soaked before I discovered it and some water went down to the first floor. To the company's credit, they came the next day and fixed it and paid me the cost to fix the ceilings and floors that were damaged. But these experiences leave me with enough doubts that I can't recommend the company.

We had problems with both of our units a couple of weeks apart. Both times they were able to come out the same day and quickly resolve the issues. We’re very pleased with their service.
