Our Townhome Association has been a client for about 5 years. In that timeframe, we have been assigned to three property managers. The level and quality of support is a function of the assigned manager. Their skills, experience and relationship style vary, so our level of satisfaction is a function of the assigned manager at the time. The ratings above are my averages over the past 5 years. However, our current manager that has supported us for 3 of the 5 years is outstanding. Had he been our manager for the full 5 years, all ratings would be superior.
