Dr Reid is very caring and always thoroughly explains the situation. Makes you feel very comfortable.

There's no way I can rate Dr. Reid highly enough. He explained everything clearly, gave me options, timetables, costs. The final result cost less, took less time than I figured and I felt like royalty in his calm office. He also was confident he could do more than my dentist thought was possible and he felt that my dentist could do better with a crown too, based on the x-rays he did. The cost of an initial consult exam and x-ray would normally be part of the cost of the root canal, but I chose to pay ahead and the cost was VERY reasonable. I was stunned. He had some of the best, least painful x-ray equipment I've ever encountered. But I didn't feel like I was paying for pricey and unnecessary equipment. I dealt with one dentist who seemed more concerned about his interior decoration and his convenience than he did about me - my job was simply to pay for the decor. Instead, I was not overwhelmed by gizmos and tap dancing. My root canal is the farthest back you can go and my lips are small so I've been told before that the task is tough; I was surprised by the brief amount of time each of a couple of visits was going to take to do the job. I dreaded this visit and this was just such a simple, normal, wonderful experience and I was treated so well and given such respect. I have every confidence in Dr. Reid and his staff. There's a reason he gets 5 stars out of 5. The only problem is finding the conveniently located Eastside office. But the setting is very natural with lots of trees and windows on both sides. ...Brings the ole blood pressure right down. I'd travel from Seattle to see this guy. Literally could not ask for more!!
