It took two weeks for them to get and install a new circuit board for a Viking oven. The technician, Don, was great.

Harold is terrific, but overworked. He knows what he is doing but often shows up late in the evening. When we needed urgent repair on our Northland freezer (not working at all) the office told us it would be a week before Harold could even come out to look at it. We like Harold, a lot, but cannot wait a week for service.

Stay away! The fact that they're "authorized" for Viking Stove repairs means NOTHING. I told them I had a problem with the thermostat. I gave them the model number. I was assured the tech would have the parts in his truck. A week later the tech confirmed I needed a thermostat. He didn't have one. It would take at least a week to order one meaning they'd charge for a return visit. They're either radically incompetent or scammers. Don't waste your money like I did--avoid them.
