I called Harmony Ponds to get an estimate on cleaning/resealing our water feature. They sent a technician out the next day. He seemed pretty knowledgeable and I felt like he knew what to do. Unfortunately, I never got an estimate from the company. I followed up twice. The first time, the person on the phone said she was reviewing the report and would call back shortly. I never heard back. I left a message two days later and again have never heard back.
