We needed service on our AC and this was the first company that the home warranty company sent out. The technician was respectful but didn't know what to do based on his numerous phone calls to his supervisor. He iinstalled the incorrect sized capacitor and the issure would have been resolved had he installed the correct one. He incorrectly installed the thermostat. And finally he said that the company could not service a two stage system. And I had advised the homewarranty company that we had a 2 stage system prior to the service call.

i've been using them to inspect and maintain my geothermal system since they put it in about 13 years ago. I also had them recently install a new electric water heater. I've always found them to be prompt, reasonable, friendly and effective in doing their work.
