They bounced me around a bit with an exhaust fan leaking and insisted on sending first a plumber and then an electrician before finally agreeing it was a HVAC problem but when they finally sent the right person, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. At least they didn’t charge me for the missteps so overall I’m happy to have it taken care of

12 hour scheduling windows for all services and are never available for emergencies. maintenance contract inspections are worthless since they often send some kid who doesn't really do anything.
