I recently had this company diagnose and replace an old heat pump system for me. On the whole I am happy with their service. I found them easy to get ahold of and prompt in their service. They are pleasant to deal with and cleaned up well after their work. Because of the crazy weather we have been having recently, I was able to use both the heating and cooling function of this system, and I thought it worked very well. The proposal they made was electronic and efficient. It was a smooth process. Their pricing was fair. On the critical side though, they did not explain options concerning replacement systems. No attempt was even made to do this. Also, when I did ask about a certain feature of the product they were selling me, I did not get accurate information. It was not totally misleading and probably not intentional, but it still is not good. For a new customer, I would say you need to research the product very carefully on your own before purchasing. Because I am in general satisfied with the final product and their service, I can say that I recommend them to others with caveats.

Everything you want in a service provider. Friendly, prompt, efficient. So much better than those big companies that are buying up all the small, family-owned ones and then delivering inferior service.
