We switched to a service contract with Evercool after DM Select was bought by ARS and merged with McCarthy Services and I started getting multiple spam calls to renew my service. McCarthy had poorer reviews on Checkbook so assumed quality might decrease and cost increase if we stayed especially with big corporation like ARS controlling everything. Evercool had excellent reviews and have found their customer service and technicians very knowledgeable and transparent. We are happy to have switched.

The annual maintenance is always done thoroughly and professionally and the unit kept in good working condition. When a problem arises it has taken care of once the part is in stock.

These guys really know what they're doing. Another company had misdiagnosed the problem with my furnace. EverCool found the real problem and fixed it. I'm very pleased to have found them.
