Sue charged a very dear friend I refered to her (after my and my family members dedicated many years of business with her) twice the amount by using a more expensive form to file taxes. I was so embarassed the next day when my friend said he checked with H & R block to find out he could have had them do his taxes with a less complicating form and at half the price! That was unexceptable!!
