They were a bit more than some other roofers but they have there own crew and have liability insurance on all the crew. They were quick and cleaned up well. Would use them again.

Had a new metal roof installed in 2017, with a 20 year warranty in the contract with Cloise and Mike. In Dec. 2021, we realized we had a leak - spots appearing on the ceiling. Turned out the leak had been on-going, apparently since installation with the leaking water running down ventilation baffles installed with the new roof onto the top plate on a corner and all the way down the corner wall and then down the foundation wall. The whole corner was rotted out including the rim joist. Cloise and Mike repaired the roof where it had leaked and also on 3 other spots with the same potential (hip-gable end transitions where maybe impossible to properly over lap the roofing material). They paid for a carpenter contractor to rebuild the corner, and also paid to replace carpet that had taken on mold as a result of the leak. Cloise and Mike honored their warranty completely from my perspective, and they deserve kudos for that behavior.
