We have been customers for more than twenty years, including buying three cars there. Back then they had superior customer service. Those days are gone. When I called to schedule an oil change they said it would take an hour and a half. That's a long time to wait, but I said okay. When I arrived (on time, but no one came for 6 minutes for someone to get started on the paperwork) they said it would be two hours. I was already there, so I said okay. Actually it took 2 1/2 hours. That's more than two hours more than when I used to change the oil myself. At the end I saw the car returned to the parking lot so I waited in the waiting room for them to come tell me the car is ready. They never did, so after 15 minutes I asked for it. That is when they started the paperwork. This has happened every time recently. The paperwork guy said the slowness problem was they had too many cars to work on. I said I would help fix that problem by never returning. Why did they book more appointments than they could accommodate? Shame on Rodland. Their work is adequate but their customer service stinks. No one was pleasant except for the delightful woman in the waiting room who makes coffee and gives snack to the people waiting for hour after hour. The rest of them treated me like I was a nuisance. There are lots of other places out there that have better customer service, work faster, and are cheaper. I am researching that now on Consumers Checkbook.

They fixed what they said they were going to but they didn't seem to go the extra mile to see what else might need work while it was still relatively cheap to do.
