Repaired a leak in our system. They were prompt, friendly and competent. I also use Rain Pros for the annual winterization.

Only company willing to come out and fix a problem with my sprinkler system (everyone else were too busy to come out in a timely manner). However, although I provided them with all information necessary to fix the problem, they came out two timers: the first time they basically came out and said, "yep, that's broken just like you said" and verified the information I provided them was accurate, the second time they actually came with the necessary parts and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. They charged me $300 for each visit. They could of fixed it on the first visit and saved me $300 if they had listened to what I had told them was the problem. So I rate them higher for actually responding to my request in a timely manner, but rate them lower for driving the cost of the service up.

I was able to schedule a FREE estimate in just a few days. Brandon showed up on time and was very friendly, informative and professional. I was able to schedule the job on the following week. The crew of 5 showed up, dressed professionally, on time and got right to work. The second day a crew of 3 finished the job up. Marcus was the Lead on the job and did a great job leading the crew and getting everything done. I appreciated that all of the employees were punctual, neat and dressed in a company shirts. Gave a very professional appearance. The company vehicles, trailer and equipment all looked cared for and neat. If a company cares for their equipment and the appearance of their employees, I find that they will be more likely to care for my property and do a neat, clean job. As with all irrigation systems, they take a little tweaking after they are installed to get everything just right. When I need some adjustments to the drip system they installed, they came out very quickly and took care of it. No problem. Before they finished installing the system, I got an email to set up an account with Hydrawize(irrigation controller). When I did, Rain Pros had already set up my system and programmed it for me. Now I can run my system from an app on my phone...LOVE IT! I would highly recommend Rain Pros for your irrigation needs (I already have referred them to some of my friends!).
