We had used Shirey in the past several times and the quality was good. Asked for a bid on a new project. We knew how long the project should take and the additional material costs. The bid came back time and material cost over twice what it should cost. We don't mine paying top dollar, but this bid was a joke. Won't ask for bids from them in the future. We are beginning to suspect when women ask for bids, the contractors figure we are an easy mark. Seen this before.

Sometimes the workers they send are good--sometimes they are totally incompetent. Prices are always super high. Beware of hidden costs. Don't sign anything before reading it entirely.
