Last year Doug's solved a problem that involved an intermittent check engine light. The dealer wouldn't even try unless the light was on, even though I had a report from O'Reilly's showing the cause and recommended action to take. Doug's did a great job and no more engine lights! This year I got another check engine light, which revealed two codes at O'Reilly's. Only the dealer could do one of them, so I took the car there. They fixed that part, but when I asked about the other code I got a duh response. Clearly they forgot about the other, even though I gave them the O'Reilly's report and it was only 24 hours later. They said it was OK to ignore the other because "the light was not on." That one indicated the brakes might not be getting enough power from the battery. This one Doug's could do and they made sure all was in good working order. They also checked my brakes for free at my request, and charged a reasonable price for the front brakes (which I knew was overdue).
