King's installed my Heat Pump & furnace in 2010. Their maintenance plan; 2 visits a year is fairly priced. I like that they make 2 visits for a fair price compared to other companies making one visit for the same charge. On the rare occasion that a problem occurs they are quick to call, or to come check it out when necessary. I plan to continue to have them maintain my Heat Pump.

Great Salesman & good competitive price... but the Installation Crew was unbelievably sloopy.

I have had very positive experiences with Kings in the past - hence still rated "Recommended". However, this time the technician didn't seem well-qualified for servicing oil furnaces, unlike previous technicians from Kings. Made quite a mess and left parts on the floor in front of the furnace. Tracked soot through utility room. Made a feeble attempt to blame someone else for problem he created. Furnace is now much noisier and running hotter. We'll see if they will correct issue without additional charge.
