He is a consummate expert on the appraisal rules imposed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA, and knows how to make sure that an appraisal will pass muster with the buyer's lender, which is critical for most home purchases. His company's service has been fast and accurate, with excellent communication.
