We got their bid for a metal roof in December, with work to start after Memorial Day. We had gotten 2 other bids that came in 15%-20% higher, bidding the same scope of work and same materials from the same supplier. Even with the worst inflation in 40 years, Pinnacle never once even hinted at adjusting their already good price. They took the old roof off, replaced damaged sheeting, installed the new roof, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after their work. Communication about schedules was excellent, since their schedule was dependent on the vagaries of other jobs finishing on time (scheduling roofers must be akin to herding cats). But they were here when they promised. So far, the roof has survived its first winter of wind, rain, and tree debris--even the large limbs that came down. We won't be around for the next roof replacement (50 year roof and we're old) but if we were, Pinnacle would be our only call.

We had a 25-year old roof (with shingles warranted for 30 years) and some insurance companies were balking at covering us. One inspector said the roof should be replaced but two roofers (Pinnacle and B&J Roofing) said we could get 3-5 more years out of the roof. We were thinking of waiting a few years but we also wanted to do solar panels and decided to do both at the same time. Pinnacle offered a nice discount for doing both and their contract said they would fix any damage they caused during the project. They did a very nice job.

Pinnacle was one of only a few companies that I could find to work on a flat roof. Their pricing was not the lowest or highest. There were additions to the initial bid to fix rotted joists under the old roof and also to add insulation- but I was warned that this might happen. I was glad they had a very good carpenter on their team to fix the rotten framing. If you want a company that will not compromise on quality - pick this one.
